Parts Purchase Return Policy and Procedure

Coleman Equipment wants you to be completely satisfied with your parts purchase. If the part you received is incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately, either by email at BonnerSpringsParts@colemanequip.com or by phone at (913)422-3040. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM and 5PM and on Saturdays between 8AM and 12PM Central Standard Time.

If you would like to return any part of or all of your order, returns must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt or packing slip and received within 30 days of the original invoice date. Exchanges or refunds will not be made later than 30 days after purchase. All returns must be either brought back into the store, or carefully boxed, shipped pre-paid and insured (customer is responsible for any damage to return). Return shipments by C.O.D. will not be accepted. Refunds will be made by the same method as that of payment. Refunds will not be issued on parts that are damaged or lost during the return shipment.
