Location: Kansas/Missouri/Nebraska Territory| Primary Store Location of Easton, MO
Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: Base + Lucrative Commissions, Spiffs & Monthly Bonus Potential

Job Purpose:

At Coleman Equipment, we don’t just sell top-tier equipment—we build partnerships that last. We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a boots-on-the-ground sales role where you will work directly with contractors, farmers, municipalities and businesses to provide premium solutions from brands like Kubota and Toro Siteworks.

Essential Functions:

• Develop, grow, and maintain your own sales territory across all counties.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, agricultural customers, and retailers.
• Represent and increase market share with our top brands like Kubota, Toro Dingo, and more.
• Create quotes, close deals, and help clients find the right equipment solutions.
• Regularly travel within your territory and serve as the face of Coleman Equipment.
• Maintain a rolling “showroom” with your company truck and trailer.
• Promote equipment rentals, leasing options, warranties, and service plans.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions.

What You Need:

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain—training provided).
• Previous experience in equipment, Ag, or construction sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within your territory
