Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri 7:30 AM–5:00 PM | Sat 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (Seasonal)
Compensation: Hourly + Lucrative Commissions, Spiffs & Monthly Bonus Potential

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our dealership—helping customers find the perfect tools for the job, promoting industry-leading brands like Kubota, Land Pride, Toro, and Stihl, and collaborating with our field team to deliver unbeatable service. You’ll do more than just sell—you’ll build relationships, educate customers, and make every interaction count.

Essential Functions:

• Be the first to greet customers and guide them through their equipment buying journey.
• Promote best-in-class products from Kubota, Stihl, and other leading brands.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and eye-catching showroom and product displays.
• Prepare accurate quotes, close deals, and complete necessary paperwork with precision.
• Partner with the Sales Manager to price new and used equipment competitively and profitably.
• Actively promote financing, insurance, extended warranties, rentals, and maintenance plans.
• Stay informed about the latest product innovations and industry trends.
• Ensure sold equipment is clean, operable, and ready for delivery
• Assist in coordinating equipment assembly and new deliveries.
• Collaborate with service, parts, and rental teams to meet customer needs.
• Represent Coleman Equipment with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude.

What You Need:

• A friendly, can-do personality and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, move equipment safely, and operate in varied environments.
• A customer service mindset with the ability to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Eagerness to learn and grow through training, product knowledge, and team collaboration.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail with documentation and inventory.
• Willingness to work Saturdays during peak seasons and travel for training/events as needed.
